Increase speed to high and whip until soft peaks form, 1 to 3 minutes.Enter no-bake cheesecake: The filling is lightened with whipped cream and the absence of eggs makes for a less rich cake.Step 2Process jam in a food processor until smooth, about 8 seconds. Remove sides of the pan and slide a thin metal spatula between crust and pan bottom to loosen, then slide cheesecake onto a platter. Do not use frozen strawberries in this recipe. It’s also incredibly rich and decadent. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Microwave until mixture is bubbling around edges and gelatin dissolves, about 20 seconds; whisk to combine and set aside.
